Conference Organizers continually search for the highest level of service available to them at all times for their clients, this new service provides a warm welcome and informed Chaperone to your delegates as soon as they arrive into Dublin Airport, it also helps contribute to a more relaxed, organized and higher profile arrival.
Your VIP Guests arriving at Dublin Airport will receive
- Delegates will receive an Individual Greeting as they enter the baggage hall in Dublin Airport by uniformed staff with hand held corporate/incentive logo
- Delegates will then be advised of baggage carousel number, location of restrooms, money exchange etc… they will also be assisted with baggage trolleys if required and advised where to exit the baggage hall, if all clients are ready to leave together, they will be escorted out to the arrivals hall where guides/liaison office will be waiting
- We will co-ordinate with guides/liaison offices (via mobile) regarding any lost luggage, no shows etc…
- A key element is advising the guides/liaison officer when all bags have finished arriving and if any delegates have lost bags, Other delegates on the list be assumed to be “no shows” and vehicles can be released without long delays
Your VIP Guests departing Dublin Airport will receive:
- We can co-ordinate arrival in the VIP Coach/Car Park with the driver and meet each vehicle with sufficient trolleys
- We can then assist with organizing the luggage and show the delegates into departures terminal of Dublin Airport
- Each delegate is escorted to the correct check in desk or advised where its location is
- Your guest will be led through the “security express channel” thus avoiding long security queues and straight to aircraft or VIP lounges
- Delegates can be escorted to the VAT refund shop and onwards to their gate
