We understand the importance and the need for flexibility as requirements can change at a moment’s notice. With this in mind the on site coordinator will be in a position to amend bookings and schedules at any time as well as providing additional vehicles when required.
From the outset the on site coordinator will take control of the management of the transport for the event and will put all requirements and procedures in place. They will compile and provide a full listing of Chauffeurs names and mobile numbers and will be available on the ground to handle any last minute requirments or changes.
